Sitting Tiger
Stand comfortably with your Shuttlecock in hand.
Drop it to your feet, and at the same time, left the inside of your foot. The goal of this exercise is to keep the Shuttlecock in the air with just the insides of your feet. Alternate between the left and right foot at needed.
Leopard head
Stand comfortably with your Shuttlecock in hand.
Drop the Shuttlecock to your knee, and let it bounce off of your knee into the air. The goal of this exercise is to keep it in the air with just your knees. Alternate between the left and right knees.
Dragon Tail
Stand comfortably with your Shuttlecock in hand.
Drop it from your hands and at the same time, lift the outside of your foot. Let it bounce off of the outside of your foot. The goal of this exercise is to keep the Shuttlecock in the air with the outsides of the feet.
Alternating between the left and right foot will be more difficult with this move, but not impossible.
Standing Crane
Stand comfortably with your Shuttlecock in hand.
Drop the Shuttlecock from your hands to your foot in front of you, and kick it with only the instep of your foot. The goal of this exercise is to keep it in the air with only the instep of your foot.
Alternate between your left and right feet.
Once you've mastered these basic skills, try to combine them while keeping the Shuttlecock in the air. You are on your way to becoming a master!
